Emmi's going to TWIRP

Emmi asked Seth, a guy she's been dating to go to TWIRP (the woman is required to pay) with her. Of course a person doesn't just walk up and ask another person to accompany them to such an event. HEAVENS NO!!!! They must come up with a creative way to do so. So Emmi froze some ice in a heart shape (didn't get a picture), put a note inside that said, "Now that you've melted my heart, would you go to TWIRP with me?" She waited a few days after giving it to him (of course, she can't get an answer right away because he must come up with a creative way to say YES). Anyway, she received in first hour at school a pair of nutcrackers. In second hour she received one walnut. She cracked it to find nothing but a nut inside. Nothing else until noon when she found out that she was suppose to received something in Seminary, but the seminary teacher forgot to give it to her. So when she went to retrieve it, she found a whole bucket of walnuts. She started cracking them and, the lucky person that she is, found in the 3rd walnut that she cracked a note that said "I'd be nuts not to say YES." These kids are very creative. Notice she dutifully cracked most of the rest of the nuts.

Kids today really are nuts. What a bunch of TWIRPs. Back when I was in school, I never did anything fancy to ask a girl to a dance. Then again, I never asked a girl to a dance, did I?
